I’ve signed a final agreement with the stipulation that a surtified Volvo rep check out the engines on Monday morning. I shiould get the report Tuesday or Wednesday, if this passes than the yacht is mine and There will be a river of Champange flowing through the streets of Houston. I’m meeting with a realtor on Saturday and will put my house on the market late next week and move onto the boat in January . Hope to be in the Keys by Febuary…

John, the boat is mine, the closing should take place Tuesday or Wednesday. I’ve done my part and signed all the papers and fedex back to them today and wired the moneys. I already have paperwork saying the boat is mine but it should be official by Wednesday. had a party yesterday with my family and friends, about 14 people came over yesterday. whish you could have been here.
