Had to get the homework done before I left for Florida. Surprised I didn’t crash the boat into the land. Fortunately they don’t assign a grade the homework, we only have one test at the end of the course.

Offer was accepted on a yacht. Leaving on Wednesday for Florida to inspect, Survey and Sea trials. Looking forward to the experience although Financing and Insurance is a hassle because I’m retired. Never the less, the adventure begins. You can see pictures
